Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end business operations.
2. Familiar with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database, and Java.
3. Skilled in analytical and system design with good experience.
4. Responsible for timely documentation of technical design and business requirements specifications in compliance with prescribed Allianz project standards and existing SDLC methodology.
5. Participate in project design discussions.
6. Responsible for application coding using prescribed development tools within a defined project schedule.
7. Develop test plans and data and undertake complete unit and modular testing activities.
8. Ensure documentation of all coding changes and enhancements following existing procedures.
9. Ensure UAT completion and obtain sign-off from the User.
10. Undertake tasks as assigned from time to time. 
11. A team player and quick learner.

Technical Requirement - Mandatory 

1. Good Experience in business operations.
2. At lease 2-3 years hands on experience in SQL OR PL/SQL OR Oracle database OR Java (either one)
3. Strong analytical and system design experience.
4. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills as well as detail oriented
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritizing in managing workloads and to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have skills

       1. Familiar with and/or have experience with Waterfall SDLC and Agile development under the SCRUM methodology.
