About the role
· Manage relationships with Strategic Partner Brokers to deliver sales excellence and collaborate with Underwriting for tailored solutions.
· Drive new business and renewal retention through effective pipeline management, targeting growth in preferred segments.
· Support the implementation of sales strategies and business plans to achieve profitable growth within the allocated panel.
· Utilize Salesforce and Teamworks sales tools to display market-leading sales behaviour and gain broker insights to align with Allianz’s growth areas.
· Resolve broker requests and complaints, manage credit and debt positions, and contribute to team meetings to foster a high-performance culture.
About you
· Extensive experience in managing medium to large insurance accounts and relevant lines of insurance.
· Proven strategic sales ability, including business planning, negotiation, and influencing skills.
· Strong focus on delivering high-quality services to enhance customer value and sustain a loyal customer base.
· Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships to improve industry positioning and achieve beneficial outcomes.
· Capable of identifying issues, exercising judgment, and delivering effective, customer-centric solutions .
