About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient candidate for the position of Junior IT ServiceDesk Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in IT and wants to develop in the technical support field. As a member of our team, you will provide essential technical support to the company's employees, resolving their IT issues and ensuring their working environment is as efficient as possible.
What you do
- Providing initial technical support to users via phone, email or in person.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues such as hardware, software, networking and printer problems.
- Escalation of more complex problems to higher levels of support.
- Documentation and tracking of all incidents in the ticket management system.
- Working with the team to improve processes and service efficiency.
- Participation in training and development activities to improve technical knowledge.
What you bring
- Interest in IT and basic technical knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively with and provide support to users.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office software.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn new things.
- Previous experience in customer support or IT is an advantage.
- Fluent Czech language is a must, English on intermediate level as a minimum
