IT Service Management and Business Intelligence Intern

About the Job  

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic intern to join our team at Allianz Technology. This internship offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of IT service management and business intelligence, gaining hands-on experience in both agile and traditional project management methods. You will work closely with senior executives, assist in managing projects, and contribute to innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you do

·  Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks within the Service Management Team.
·  Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and workflows.
·  Support in Nearshore Strategic Project (E.g. SharePoint for Barcelona).
·  Attend meetings and contribute ideas to discussions (E.g. Nearshore Survey Results workshop).
·  Prepare reports, presentations and documentation as needed.

 

What you bring

·  Education:
·  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration (with a focus on IT), mathematics, or a related field with strong academic performance.

 

·  Skills & Knowledge:
·  Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodologies; Scrum experience is a plus.
·  Strong interest in digital technologies, database technologies, and programming languages.
·  Knowledge of at least one database technology (e.g., Oracle) and one programming language.
·  Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Fluent in English; German is a plus.

 

·  Experience:
·  Previous internships or practical experience in IT-related areas (IT service management, software development, or business intelligence) is a plus.
·  A willingness to take on responsibility, drive change, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
