INTRANET AND COLLABORATION MANAGER (10-month contract) – CONSUMER – SYDNEY, NSW

About the role

·  Collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, ensuring content is of the highest quality and employees have a positive experience every time they use the Intranet and its related applications.
·  Developing and overseeing the application of guidelines to ensure consistency in usability and functionality across Allianz Australia and to ensure alignment with relevant Brand guidelines.
·  Providing input into the strategic development of the Allianz Australia intranet and collaborative technologies.
·  Supporting the implementation of improved communication channels with the content owner community and provide training advice to support content development.
·  Enhancing usability to improve speed of access to information by managing the Intranet style guide.

 

About you

·  Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or similar.
·  Significant experience in Content Management Systems, Lotus Notes and SharePoint Intranet experience highly desirable.
·  Experience working in Jira and strong Photoshop knowledge.
·  Basic HTML knowledge.
·  Extensive experience with User Centred Design and web usability.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent stakeholder management skills.
·  Experience creating and updating Intranet pages highly desirable
·  Ability to prioritise and action a high volume of requests
