JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital Acquisition Management & Operational Support
o Support BU in solving the Marketo operational Cases raised to the Group
o Help developing Group Marketing Automation Campaigns

• Community Animation & Change Management
o Provide on-demand support either on regular presentations (CoE, Marketo Community Calls, etc.) or punctual ones
o Help preparing the global Marketo community Call & other presentations required & present some topics as well
o Ensure on demand quick demo of Marketo as well as specific features internally
o Help preparing and distributing on AZ Connect Marketo users global guidelines on Marketo that encourages employee engagement and usage
o Support best-practice sharing of digital marketing campaigns with local marketing teams that assist in driving brand awareness and lead generation

• Reporting and Analytics
o Support in providing regular global punctual and recurrent performance reporting leveraging Marketo data to monitore both business aspects & data quality performance to drive change accordingly

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree
• Hands-on & multi-tasking skills with a adaptable, project-orientated & team mindset
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo, and or other eCRM tools and functionality
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Fluent in English
• Strong organization and project implementation skills
• Strong collaborative skills and diplomatic approach
• Organizational & Change management skills
• Data analytics skills
• Thorough and clear communication skills
