What you do
- Cordinate test plans across systems and phases:
- Define, plan and organize trainings of testers
- Define quality gates and ensure quality gates completion
- Define, plan and organize Automated Non-regression testing
- Facilitate the automation of tests cases executed by Aztech and other IT suppliers at the end of each UAT cycle with end-to-end cross-LoB approach
- Facilitate the harmonization of test defined for automation with BUs and Central Test Factory (E2E tests scenarios definition, E2E tests execution and UAT tests execution)
- Facilitate the harmonized test cases portfolio creation /maintenance and automation follow-up
- Collaborate the testing activities externalization handled by GCC Mauritius team.
- Support Testing transformation as part of CTO Transformation & IT Supplier strategy
- Collaborate with Other Delivery Services team to ensure common way of working (Process, Release, Reporting) when required contribute to the implementation of global platforms and specific solutions required on the allocated scope
2. Identify and highlight to your manager with any opportunities of process improvement.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, Manage and document all risks, issues and decisions, Manage metrics defined by Management to measure efficiency gains, Report and escalate issues to management if needed + propose solutions, options and alternatives
4. Contribute to OM organisation, structure and strategy: Participate to transversal discussions at OM level, Participate to the life of the team: department initiatives (AES follow-up, etc.), new joiners onboarding, etc.
What you bring
- Proven experience in Business needs gathering and / or Information System Managemen
- Understands Demand Management, Benefit realisation, budget tracking, IT cost managemen
- Ability to monitor and manage interactions with all external, both contractual and non-contractual partie
- Understands and utilise standards practices within transformation programs; change management training
- Proven experience in Business Analyst Role
- Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation and is able to support stakeholder at fuctional level
