Key responsibilities
As an Intern in Data Acculturation you will contribute to the definition and implementation of the data acculturation plan, in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team and the organization's various stakeholders. Also, you will identify the specific needs of the different types of people involved (Top Management, IT operational staff, data professionals, business operational staff) and propose appropriate solutions.
Through this role, you will have the main following responsabilities:
· Under the supervision of the Group Data Officer implement the global data acculturation strategy that aligns corporate objectives with employees' data needs.
· Distribute data education content, such as training modules, how-to guides and newsletters, to raise awareness of the importance of data and enable employees to make better use of it.
· Organize data awareness workshops and events to promote a data culture within the company.
· Collaborate with the company's various stakeholders to identify training and data skills development needs.
· Communicate the data acculturation program to the various stakeholders, using appropriate internal and external communication channels. Also, measure the impact of the data acculturation program and make continuous improvements.
· Prepare the materials for the What’sUp Coffee and the Newsletters.
· Keep the sharepoint site up to date and prepare weekly posts on Viva Engage.
What you bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.
· Understanding of data security and data privacy topics.
· Data governance in a multi-country setup.
· Enterprise Level business glossary and data modeling.
· Animation of a multi-function, multi-LoB and data community.
· Technical skills: data protection, data handling, data mining and modeling, design IT strategies to support business strategy.
·
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
