Internship Communication CTO Office

Are you passionate about communication? Do you enjoy writing, generating innovative ideas, and engaging with diverse teams within an IT organization? Would you like to collaborate with external partners as well? Join the Allianz Technology Corporate Communications team for the CTO of Area 2 and 4 as an intern!

You will 

· Provide general support for daily operations, including administrative tasks for the CTO Office.  

· Assist in planning and organizing virtual and on-site events. 

· Prepare internal and external communications materials, including writing, editing, and proofreading texts and maintaining intranet pages. 

· Collaborate with various departments and international project teams. 

· Create presentations, newsletters, invitations, briefings, talking points and other communication materials in English. 

· Assisting with planning and updating the communication roadmap and calendar. 

· Align communication strategies with key stakeholder groups.

Your skill 

· Available immediately for 6-month internship xh/day)  

· Enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, or related field. 

· Excellent writing and communication skills in English. German is a Plus. 

· Strong design skills, especially with Canva or Adobe Suite. 

· Experience in video creating and editing is a Plus. 

· Familiarity with intranet technologies and social media platforms. 

· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

· A strong interest in technical and IT topics is required; prior experience is a plus. 

· Open-mindedness towards AI and initial hands-on experience in working with it. 

· Strong team player with exceptional intercultural and interpersonal skills. 

· Strong ability to take ownership of tasks and drive projects independently.
