Job description
The ABSi (Allianz Business System International) program encompasses over 80 colleagues across Munich, Pune, and Trivandrum, delivering B2B2C automotive solutions for the German motor business. As a decommissioning service, ABSi is engaged in a transformative journey divided into three main workstreams: technical transformation and migration preparation, people transformation, and financial transformation.
As a Project Management Intern for the ABSi Transformation Project, you will assist the ABSi Transformation project lead in managing one or more workstreams of varying complexity. You will contribute to setting up, designing, and steering the workstream(s), ensuring deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
What you do
- Assist the ABSi transformation project lead in overseeing the project and executing deliverables within your designated workstream(s).
- Support decision-making processes within your area of responsibility and aid in the development of project scopes, timelines, and financial plans for successful realization across the ABSi program.
- Prepare documentation to facilitate decision-making by (top) management using established methods and tools.
- Measure project performance using metric systems, tools, and techniques.
- Assist in coordinating project team members and delegating tasks for effective implementation.
- Contribute to the completion of projects with proper documentation and handover of project results.
What you bring
- Proficiency in German is mandatory with a strong interest in project management / customer relationship management.
- Background or interest in consulting, organizational transformation, and change management.
- Currently pursuing a university degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in IT (Information Technology) or management.
- Interest in international projects and consulting experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
- Process and project management training and certification are desirable but not required.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
- You can start immediately and are interested in an internship 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
