Job description
JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
Global Mobility (GM) is an integral part of Global Reward & Performance (GRP). GRP is a strategic function within Group Human Resources. It is responsible for Group-wide Compensation & Benefits, Allianz executive remuneration strategy and the management of certain group-wide programs including GM. GM is responsible for the strategic development of international mobility programs, policies, processes and their implementation and administration. This internship will provide an opportunity to gain insight into the processes and the daily operation within the Global Mobility function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative support to the GM Team
Prepare, distribute and track contractual documents and assignment related forms
Administrate the assignee database
Record and update internal guidelines and processes
Review Invoice and initiate payment
Act as an interface to external vendors
Global reporting
Transfer pricing
Support function for various GM Projects
Workshop and meeting organization
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Student of Business Studies, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
Enrolled at university for the complete duration of employment or gap year
Business fluent in German and English (reading and writing)
Strong competence of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Analytical / Numerical skills
Communication & presentation skills
Understanding of process management
Highly motivated and able to be self-initiative
Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment, flexible, thinking outside the box, team player and customer focused
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Job start and duration: Asap | full-time (38 hours per week)
