You will play a key role in driving data-driven processes—ranging from compensation and talent cycles to HR metrics and CSRD reporting. - Identify opportunities to leverage technology (e.g., automation, AI, analytics platforms) to enhance efficiency and insights.
Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Translate data into actionable insights to support strategic workforce planning, compensation strategies, talent management, and organizational decision-making.
- Provide analytical support to regional stakeholders, connecting metrics to business context and strategic priorities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to address emerging business needs.

- Partner with Group HR functions to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
What You Bring
Must-Have

- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
- Background in HR analytics, reporting, or workforce planning.
What We’re Looking For (Beyond the CV)
- Curiosity and Learning Agility: You are eager to understand the “why” behind the data and connect it to the bigger picture.
- Ownership Mindset: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
- Collaboration: You thrive in a cross-functional team environment and value teamwork.
