About the Job:
As a Project Manager for the "New Horizon 2030" initiative, you will play a pivotal role in harmonizing and standardizing finance operations across Allianz Group worldwide. You will report to the Program Manager and be responsible for leading the project day-to-day, managing the project lifecycle from planning to execution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals.

 

 

What You Do:

  • Lead the "New Horizon 2030" project, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop project scopes, including timelines and financials, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with global finance teams to harmonize and standardize finance operations.
  • Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Ensure successful handover of project results into daily business operations.

 

 

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in managing finance transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to make successful decisions or prepare decision-making processes based on existing methods and tools.
  • Experience in an international and Agile environment is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
