You will help squads work more closely together, ensure alignment on tribe‑level goals, and support the execution of overarching, cross‑team projects, enabling the tribe to function as an integrated project team.
You will create a stable, self‑organizing environment with a clear direction, resolve impediments, and continuously improve collaboration and delivery effectiveness across the tribe.

What You Do

  • Remove impediments that block progress and proactively manage cross‑squad dependencies.
  • Coach teams in Agile values, principles, and cross‑functionality.
  • Facilitate Scrum events and foster a collaborative, open‑minded working culture.
  • Support Product Owners in structuring and prioritizing the Product Backlog to maximize value.
  • Lead and drive the team’s adoption of Scrum and other Agile frameworks.

Additional high‑level project management responsibilities:

  • Coordinate overarching tribe‑level initiatives, ensuring alignment of timelines, scope, and priorities across squads.
  • Steer squads to work closely together and operate as an integrated project team for shared objectives.
  • Identify, visualize, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
  • Facilitate integrated planning, tribe‑wide synchronization, and cross-team delivery alignment.
  • Ensure that overarching project goals remain transparent, understood, and on track across all squads.
  • Act as a key enabler for collaboration between Product Owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong Agile mindset and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
  • Experience in Agile practices, transformation, change management, or consulting roles.
  • Ability to coach teams and drive continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Additional experience for the extended role:

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple squads, manage cross-team dependencies, and deliver complex initiatives involving several teams.
  • Experience steering teams to collaborate closely and operate as an integrated delivery unit for cross-cutting programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills at squad, tribe, and leadership levels.
