What you do
The Global Human Resources (HR) team at Allianz Partners works in a dynamic, matrix and multicultural environment. We are responsible for defining the over-arching HR strategy and its international Business Units.
Within the Controlling and Analytics department, as the HR Controlling Intern, you will support the management of the HR reports and control processes. Your responsibilities will be to:
· Support the monthly maintenance of HR Database
· Verify the quality of data received, and conduct sanity controls into the database
· Prepare the monthly HR report and recruitment tracking for the Board of Management
· Support the UAT for the database enhancements
What you bring
· Masters BAC+4 / +5 in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance
· Strong Power Point and Excel skills
· Full proficiency in English
· A high sense of confidentiality
· Analytics skills, with an attention to detail, control and accuracy
· Results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously, be self-directed
· Team player and ability to work in an international environment
