Job description
Reporting to the HR Country Lead, the Human Resources Controller works in liaison with the Finance and Human Resources Functions to collect, elaborate, analyze and synthesize numerous data from our French entities, based on payroll, headcount, recruitment, absenteeism and staff working time management. The HR Controller is also responsible for remuneration & performance processes in alignment with the group policies and local obligations.
What you do
In this role you will be responsible to:
· Building and managing the company's payroll budget and liaising with the Controlling and Accounting departments,
· Carrying out all studies and simulations in preparation for salary and benefits simulations,
· Production and Analysis of mandatory reports: bilan social, BDES, NAO, social reports, gender equality, ...
· Monitoring, consolidating, analyzing and developing HR indicators: headcount, staff turnover, salary trends, absenteeism, one-off requests to meet the needs of internal clients and external stakeholders,
· Managing pension provisions,
· Managing employee savings campaigns (Annual shareholding campaign, Free Share, Distribution of profit-sharing) and implementation of associated processus,
· Acting as the point of reference for all HR indicators at both national and international level, liaising with the international HR community and participating in Group HR projects,
· Local management of the annual performance and compensation review in conjunction with the Global Reward and Performance team.
What you bring
Master's degree in HR/Finance/Controlling
At least 5 years' successful experience in an HR position specializing in social management control or a similar function in an international environment
Ability to work autonomously with a strong team spirit
Pragmatic, excellent analytical skills, curious, organized, rigorous, proactive
Good interpersonal and communication skills; successful experience of presentations to top management
Proven experience in adaptation to change and continuous improvement
Sense of service to internal clients, in-depth knowledge of project management, natural sense of confidentiality, good management of priorities
Fluency in English and French is essential (written & spoken)
