About the Job 

 

The Head of Life & Digital Engagement will collaborate with the leadership team to direct and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the value and efficiency of our insurance platforms. This role involves leading efforts to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives, delivering exceptional value to our customers. Key responsibilities include overseeing platform development and optimization, fostering a highly inclusive culture that enables team members to excel, achieving organizational goals, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and driving innovation and continuous improvement in platform management.

 

 

What you do

 

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for life and digital lines platforms, aligning with business goals and market demands.
  • Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of insurance platforms, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product, technology, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in platform offerings and processes.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform platform strategy and ensure market relevance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of platform managers and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with platform operations and development, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Proven experience in leading digital engagement and platform management within the insurance industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance platforms, digital technologies, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in platform offerings and processes.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the insurance industry.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
