What you do
The Head of Financial Strategy and Transformation is responsible for implementing the company financial strategy, running the financial strategic projects and global change and transformation programs across all CFO functions. He or she will be responsible for delivering streamlined processes, tools, and methodologies to internal stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role leads strategic financial initiatives, ensuring end-to-end coherence while reducing dependency on external resources.
What you bring
Lead Strategic Financial Projects: Oversee the implementation of afinancial steering model to manage growing scale and complexity, including:
· regulatory compliance DORA
· Speed-to-Value transformation program, ensuring savings are achieved and linked to P/L
· financial systems (e.g., Simplify,financial business case of SAP rollout)
· Outsourcing programs, shoring initiatives and GenAI business cases
· Modernization and IT simplification business cases
· Simplifying financial data models and streamlining financial value chains (e.g., P2P, Pricing & Planning, Forecasting).
· Implementing enhanced reporting and analytics capabilities for global stakeholders.
Drive Transformation Programs:
· Finalize the Order2Cash program and lead the Project Industrialization Program to standardize and optimize financial processes.
· Lead the CFO Excellence Program, focusing on:
· Globalizing CFO standards, processes, and tools.
· Industrializing KPI measurement and reporting
· Design and implement a new Finance TOM
