Senior Contract and Supplier Manager

About the Job  

 

We’re looking for a talented  Contract Manager  to join our CTO2 Allianz Partners team. In this role, you’ll manage customer and supplier Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and ensure smooth operations across key outsourcing partnerships.

 

You’ll be part of a global team, supporting our delivery organization and collaborating across multiple Allianz Technology branches.

 

 

What you do

 

·  Develop expertise in both Customer and Supplier MSA Contracts within the outsourced scope.
·  Identify compliance gaps and propose joint solutions based on customer and supplier requirements.
·  Manage and track MSA change requests as well as identifying simplification potential and ensuring ITSOA compliance.
·  Establish and apply supplier contract checklist assessments to ensure consistency.
·  Act as the primary contact for customer contract-related queries and an internal contract advisor for stakeholders.
·  Consolidate local procurement guidelines and optimize the third-party contracts portfolio.
·  Oversee supplier relationship management, including negotiations, anticipate new contracts and manage extensions.

 

 

What you bring

 

·  Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, analytical
·  Autonomous, curious, dynamic
·  Strong English skills mandatory
·  Operational contract management, procurement, controlling, legal background is a plus
·  Skills requirements : 3-5 years of experience
·  5+ years of experience in a similar role
