Job role
The Requisition Processing role is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing purchase requisitions within an organization. This role involves reviewing and verifying requisition details, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and coordinating with stakeholders to gather necessary information.
The Requisition Processing professional works closely with internal teams, such as procurement, finance, and requesters, to facilitate a smooth requisition approval process and timely conversion of requisitions into purchase orders. Their attention to detail and adherence to procurement guidelines help maintain data integrity and support the overall procurement cycle.
What you will do
· Purchase Requisition creation/cancellation
· Invoice verification, Good Receipt booking
· Support business requestors to create purchase requests in SAP MM or Ariba
· Cost management (cost analysis and cost assignment)
· Offering guidance to the stakeholders involved in Procure to Pay processes
· Monthly reviews by preparing presentations and ad-hoc analysis
What you bring
· At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
· University Degree (preferably Business Administration or similar)
· Fluent English written and spoken, any other language (French/German) is a plus
· Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Ariba, SAP and ServiceNow knowledge
