What do we expect you to bring?

·  Graduated from departments such as Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields from universities,
·  1-5 years of experience in areas such as customer experience, CRM, project management, and process management,
·  Proficient in using MS Office applications,
·  Advanced level of English proficiency,
·  Particularly adept in leadership in multi-party projects, especially those conducted globally,
·  High customer-oriented perspective; able to analyze and improve processes from the customer's point of view,
·  Well-developed coordination and communication skills,
·  Strong analytical skills, capable of simplifying complex problems and providing quick solutions,
·  Demonstrates high determination to enhance and create new solutions in various marketing processes,
·  Negotiation and diplomacy skills to establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders,
·  Capable of generating innovative/creative ideas,
·  Collaborative and compatible with team work.

How can you make an impact?

·  Identifying areas of improvement based on customer feedback, analyzing customer journeys through data analysis, and creating sustainable long-term strategies by providing solution proposals,
·  Providing process improvement/development suggestions that contribute value to the "Customer Focus" transformation process,
·  Ensuring that improvements in all communication channels align with the "customer focus" strategy,
·  Taking an active role and responsibility on behalf of Allianz Turkey in projects conducted globally, and successfully fulfilling related coordination and communications,
·  Actively participating in studies related to customer insights such as NPS, VOC,
·  Conducting market research with relevant third parties to understand customer needs and trends,
·  Developing and managing proactive actions to address customer dissatisfaction.
