Job Summary

• To perform the issuance of policy and endorsement within the required TAT with quality input.
• Ensure high quality output in compliance with the regulatory/PIAM/internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure prompt issuance of policies and endorsements for All Classes of Insurance within the required TAT with quality output.
• To ensure the issuance of policies and endorsements are in compliance with the regulatory/PIAM/internal guidelines.
• To support branch by attending to branch enquiries and feedbacks from branches.
• Provide support for other ad-hoc request on operations matters, especially for hubs.

Key Requirements

• Holding minimum SPM/Diploma holder in any fields or equivalent.
• Data entry experience or related office experience
• Good in computer skills (MS Words/Excel)
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and communication skills
