E-learning project manager in Communication, Phishing and Training for the Awareness & Education Team of AZ Services.
What you will do
- Development of customer specific training and communication campaigns in the area of Protection and Resilience to build up a strong Human Firewall in Allianz entities
- Development, support, and implementation of internal corporate and employee communication, as well as training in the area of protection and resilience
- Setting impulses and inspiring our customers with creative implementation ideas and approaches
- Execution of projects around training communication as well as creation and management of internal communication measures
- Conception and development of new media and formats
- Implementation of online (intranet, newsletter, web-based training) and various marketing material
- Designing key visuals and developing theme-related images to support communication and training measure
- Coordinating and managing internal and external service provider
- Creating presentations and reports including storylines
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and contribute to ideas for potential solutions
- Support the Awareness & Education Team prior to and during trainings and workshops to help clients respond with confidence to any disruptive scenario and support in building up consistent and scalable processes and procedures to increase business resilience
What you bring
- Completed studies in the field of media, graphics, design, communication sciences or computer science, business informatics or comparable education with corresponding professional experience
- At least one year experience in the field of internal communication, marketing, change communication, either from the company or agency side
- Interest or experience in the field of cyber and information security as well as protection and resilience
- Strong communication skills and creativity as well as analytical, independent, structured and service-oriented working style
- Text competence available (research, writing, editing)
- Confident handling of the current MS Office programs as well as practical expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and audio/video editing programs
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
