The Associate Product Owner will work as the liaison with key business stakeholders to understand business and customer needs and have a deep understanding of the product and product strategy to help him/her define the product backlog (features) and desired value outcomes of the features for the scrum teams. Works closely with scrum team in the analysis and delivery of digital enhancements, project and products. Act as the product owner over different types of initiatives to help create, align and support the overall vision for digital experience. You will report to the CRM Strategy Director.
You will have background in:
· Leads the prioritization of a product backlog, outlining scope and identifying stakeholders; Engages with key stakeholders throughout the organization to support their needs from a digital perspective
· Leads the creation of the product backlog for small/medium sized enterprise eff orts using an agile framework
· Works with stakeholders to help IT BSAs or Operations BAs to elicit, analyze and document clear, concise, detailed user stories and ensures the design meets and support the business needs. Partners with UX and customer experience to ensure the design meets and supports the business needs. Works with analytics team to make sure features are tracked and measured
· Acts as a CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Digital experience on multiple enterprise projects to make sure the projects are aligned with the vison set by leadership
· Develops and maintains documentation such as process documentation, SOPs, and controls; identifies and implements opportunities to improve current CRM capability process documentation and controls.
· Plans, coordinates, and helps execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation to insure digital solutions meet the business needs
· Work with other Product Owners to ensure coherence in developing product backlog and integration of features between product teams
· Continuously collects feedback, analytics, performance information to validate the product needs have been met and continue to drive the digital strategy into the future.
What you bring:
· 2+ years of experience required: Working as a business analyst, project manager or product owner.
· Degree or equivalent required
