About the Job

As a DevSecOps Lead at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for integrating security practices into our DevOps processes, ensuring the development and deployment of secure mobile applications. You will lead a team in implementing security measures, automating security testing, and fostering a culture of security awareness. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of security into the software development lifecycle. Additionally, you will leverage AI technologies to enhance security capabilities and drive innovation.

 

What you do 

  • Lead the integration of security practices into DevOps processes for mobile projects, ensuring the development and deployment of secure applications.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to implement security measures and automate security testing.
  • Monitor and optimize application security, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance security capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Mentor junior DevSecOps engineers and promote a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security technologies and industry
  •  trends to continuously improve DevSecOps practices.

 

What you bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on mobile projects.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in DevOps.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, such as vulnerability scanners, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
  • Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance security capabilities and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
