The role
- Deliver high quality of services
- Identify and make suggestions for improvement of tasks
- Build and enhance relationships with both brokers and customers
- Support commercial team to ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio
What you do
- Execute timely the assigned tasks related to Client Services Administration Contract Management processes:
- contract start incl tarification and fees
- contract and customer management and incl contract amendments, renewals, terminations
- 1st point of contact when sales colleague is unavailble
- deals with 2nd level customer requests assigned
- Identify potential improvements on processes, organization and reports to the team leader
- Comply with commercial gestures (decisions made)
- Data quality control
- Responsible for timely execution of the Customer Accounting team assigned tasks during the Policy Life cycles:Compensation, Invoicing for premium and fees
- Ensure contract updates (changes in adresses, in clients' bank account numbers)
- Cash deposit refund, minimum premium complement calls, profit sharing application in cooperation with contract management team
- Active role in onboarding new clients and maintaining good direct contact with client (requestors)
- Test Non regression and new applications
What you bring
- Vast experience and knowledge on wordings, issuance, reductions and terminations of bonds/guarantees
- Vast experience with MRPA registration, follow up on invoicing, ceeding with partners
- Credit Insurance knowledge (including Products and Services offered)
- Client Services Administration processes
- Knowledge of accounting and claims processes
- Ability to work with/in different IT satelite systems
- Able to make decisions for own work and guide others. Larger and complexer deals. Active involvement in dedicated customer/deal team with members of other core functions.
- Special tasks:
- Is responsible for timely processing (incl risk assessment) for guarantees up to ""x EUR""
- Participation in product development based on EH Needs
- Super user for a core surety system (Avalis, ATO, Datahub)
- Transversal knowledge Operations within Benelux"

- Supporting team members
- Communication skills enabling commercial contacts (answer to customer requests)
- Mandatory native level (written and speaking) in Dutch and fluency in English. Fluency in French appreciated.
- Basic understanding and training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
