We are looking for a Deal Services Analyst, based in London.
Your Team
The Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) line of business of Allianz Commercial creates innovative tailored structured insurance, captive reinsurance, and other non-traditional risk management solutions for a wide range of corporate and financial clients globally. We specialize in helping our customers mitigate their most complex risks with bespoke multi-year and multi-line agreements covering a broad range of risks, leveraging our expertise in alternative risk transfer and the global capabilities of the Allianz Group.
The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to the Regional Head of Deal Services, you will oversee contractual features in a portfolio, collaborating with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance. You will handle tasks like system entry and policy administration, while also driving process improvements. You will also contribute to portfolio monitoring and profit/loss oversight beyond your direct responsibilities, including review cycles and monitoring impact on profit & loss statements.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Manage portfolio of bound transactions and onboard new ones.

Oversee team processes, including monitoring and adapting to evolving needs.

Collaborate closely with underwriters for deal management.
·
Coordinate with finance for booking activities and with claims for overall deal management.
·
Maintain effective communication with brokers and clients, ensuring timely responses.
·
Support Credit Control and perform KYC for new counterparties.
·
Execute administrative tasks, ensure accurate policy representation in tracking systems, and support cash management across functions.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
·
3+ years experience in insurance operations or accounting/finance.
·
Intermediate knowledge in insurance operations, underwriting, and finance.
·
Proficiency in underwriting operations, including tools, document management, and system entry recording.
·
Familiarity with data protection principles, especially regarding information acquisition and transfer.
·
Strong analytical skills for complex tasks and adherence to applicable laws and jurisdiction.
·
High affinity for digital technologies and advanced technology use in Deal Services and Insurance Operations.
·
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools; adept at problem-solving, flexibility, conflict management, and teamwork.
