Key responsibilities
We are strengthening our data governance and quality controls to meet ACPR expectations and Solvency II requirements We are looking for a rigorous and strategic Data Quality Specialist to oversee the integrity, availability, and consistency of our data assets.
You will lead the end to end data quality framework, ensuring our regulatory reporting (QRTs, ORSA, SFCR) relies on data that is appropriate, complete, and accurate.
You will Build and operate a robust Data Quality Framework aligned with Solvency II and ACPR guidance defining standards, controls, monitoring, and remediation, while embedding “data by design” practices across business and IT.
Through this role, you will have the main following responsabilities:
- Data Quality Management: Assess data quality to identify and address errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing data.
- Data Quality Management: Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Data Quality Management: Supervise data cleansing activities to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Data Quality Management: Supports Data Owners in the data quality remediation process.
- Data Quality Management: Continuously monitor and improve data quality practices through automation and process optimization.
- Data Quality Management: Analyze company data practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to data quality criteria related to Solvency2 regulations
- Data Governance and Compliance: Collaborate with the IT department and business teams on data quality management projects
- Data Governance and Compliance: Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data lineage documentation
- Reporting and Communication: Generate regular reports on CDE quality performance metrics.
- Reporting and Communication: Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate data quality insights to management and stakeholders.
- Reporting and Communication: Conduct training sessions to raise employee awareness of data quality best practices
What you bring
- Multi-Year experience in collaboration with IT or working within IT department.
- Multi-Year experience in IT stakeholer or vendor management role.
- Training and Experience in a leadership role.
- Agile Scrum, OPEX, Six Sigma and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
- Demonstratable experience in transformation programs; change management trainings.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of local and regional labour laws and regulations.
