Job description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer Support: Handle both back-office and front-office support, helping our customers get the answers they need.
  • Claims Processing: Review and process medical claims quickly and accurately, following company guidelines.
  • Follow-ups: Investigate claims and ensure timely follow-up for a top-notch customer experience.
  • Meet Targets: Hit personal and team productivity and quality goals every month.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to solve issues and provide solutions.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with other duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English (min. B2).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role is a plus.
  • Problem-Solver: You know how to find solutions and tackle challenges head-on.
  • Quick Thinker: You can handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
  • Independent Worker: Able to manage your tasks with little supervision and deliver results.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acces.
