Compliance is organized in a regional model (Europe, India, APAC, North America and growing into other regions) to ensure proximity to its customers and to support the business; the central team provides support to local compliance officers within all businesses. 

What you do

• Conduct research: identify and gather relevant information supporting export control and economic sanction topics
• Approval of requests in ServiceNow or other internal tools
• Ensuring accurate, up to date and compliant record-keeping in accordance with the regulatory requirements for export license holders
• Preparing internal communication materials (writing/editing/proof reading of texts), including maintenance of intranet pages 
• Support in preparing reports and materials for the management
• Supporting with daily business activities and internal projects

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university studying Law, Compliance etc.
• Business fluent English
• Computer skills: MSOffice (proficiency with PowerPoint is a must), SharePoint, reporting and analytics.
• Strong team-work skills and intercultural experience
• Highest ethical standards and integrity
• Availability  to work in a Hybrid setting: 3 days office, 2 days from home.
• You can start immediately and are able to work from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m, Monday-Friday
• Able to work independently, and has great learning potential
• The position is for 6 months at first, with possibility of extension up to 1 year, or moving to a full-time position
