We are looking for a Client Services Associate, this hybrid role will be based in our O’Fallon, MO office. 

 

The Impact You Will Have
The Client Services Associate will primarily answer calls and emails daily from clients and brokers to resolve issues and provide assistance. The Client Services Associate will also be responsible for the ongoing analysis, collection, and resolution of open premium and deductible receivable balances.  Activities include, but are not limited:

·  Early-stage collection activities
·  Cancellation processes
·  Discrepancy resolution, write-off recommendations, escheatment processes, relationship building, and adherence to local and global policies. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

·  Performing the collection activities for open receivables balances, which include both written and verbal communications and working with internal and external customers in order to resolve the open balances. 
·  Accurate and timely analysis of open receivables balances, oversight of discrepancy process, and discrepancy resolution when process is complex and / or involved external customers. 
·  Assist with various collection activities, projects, and processes as assigned. 
·  Analyze open balances and recommend write-offs where appropriate and process write-offs in accordance with local and global write-off policies.
·  Set the market standard of excellence in all touch points with both internal and external customers.

 
What You’ll Bring to the Role:

·  High School Diploma
·  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.
·  1-3 years Billing and Collections, Insurance Operations or Accounts Receivables experience
·  Experience in Insurance preferred.
·  Computer literacy required; Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·  Strong mathematical and analytical skills
·  Strong interpersonal (written/verbal/collaborative) communication skills and persistence.
·  Strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask in order to manage assignments.
·  Must be customer service driven detail oriented and a team player.
·  Ability to adapt to change.
·  Leadership skills including the ability to train colleagues.  

       

The annual base salary range base pay range for this role is $40,000 to $64,762.   The annualized represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package.  As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
