We are seeking a dedicated Client Reporting Specialist (f/m/d) to join our international team, which is strategically positioned across Frankfurt, Paris, and London. The team is focused on delivering exceptional reporting services and support.
This pivotal role serves as the cornerstone of our client interaction, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience with our online portal and reporting systems. You will engage across key internal and external stakeholders.
You will be working in Frankfurt.
What you will do
- Client portal contact point: serve as the primary contact for both external and internal clients regarding any queries or issues related to the online portal, provide comprehensive support for the online client portal, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Reporting Support: Offer reporting assistance and client service for clients located in Germany and internationally
- Investment Committee Meeting Documents: Manage the creation of Investment Committee Meeting materials, including report procurement and monitoring the production process to meet all deadlines
- Client & Fund Reporting: Oversee the entire production and distribution of institutional and retail fund reports, such as valuation, performance, and investment reports, as well as factsheets, ensuring timely completion
What you bring
Working experience
- Preferably in asset management companies / service providers in the financial services industry
- Experience in client reporting is a real plus
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of financial instruments
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Word, Microsoft PowerBI)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to think critically and work autonomously
- Strong team player in a Global and Regional environment
- Client service oriented
- Fluency in German and English both written and verbal required, French would be plus
