Will you be glad to communicate almost daily not only in Romanian but also in English with clients and colleagues not only from Romania and within CEE region?
Allianz Trade/ Euler Hermes is looking for a candidate for the position of Claims officer for a 2 years fixed term contract, with possible prolongation

- Understand claims and collection management within Allianz Trade and support its processing;
- Learn about Credit Insurance products, analyze claim files and settle claims;
- Support collection officers in the area of cross functional interfaces between claims and collection activities;
- Learn to handle objections to claim files through negotiations.
This position has no direct reports.
You will be successful in the role if you are/ have:
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Ideally (but not a must) 2 – 3 years of working experience
- Analytical skills, structured thinking, focus on details,
- Focus on delivery and ability to work independently
- Customer centric
- Basic understanding and/or interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
- Work experience in an international environment (an advantage)
- Education: High school, university degree an advantage
