Job Description

·  Claims specialist
·  Claims services
·  Claims assessment & processing
·  Claims settlement
·  Claims dispute resolution

 

Job Responsibilities

 

·  Assess quantum of claims.
·  Conduct negotiation on claims settlement.
·  Identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers.
·  Review of policy liability.
·  Attend to claims query from customers, TP, agents, brokers, branches and claims hubs.
·  Obtain necessary claims documents from insured, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc
·  Assess claims based on documents/ reports that support claims, ie medical, police, survey, sketch plan.
·  Offer settlement to workshop, third party & insured.
·  Proceed investigation and mediate the complaints with resolutions.
