Claims Admin Team Leader

Allianz Partners’ Claims team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Lead, who will work in conjunction with The Global Claims Leadership Team to deliver KPI’s and strategic objectives for the Department. The Role of the Team Leader is to lead, motivate and coach your team to deliver world class customer service to our clients, monitoring performance and maintaining a consistent focus on quality of service to ensure maximum client satisfaction and delivery of SLA’s.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsibility for team engagement, motivation and effective succession planning to ensure operational success and employee development & retention.

• Provide coaching, training and support to your team to ensure the team operates efficiently and that KPI’s are met.

• Contribute to the recruitment and selection process of the Claims Team in the Region.

• Support Global Claims to distribute and monitor the team’s daily workload to facilitate: Effective management of Claims tasks o The attainment of individual and group productivity.

• Carry out individual performance management in order to maintain and improve individual productivity and quality through regular one-to-ones.

• Carry out regular team meetings and huddles and one-to-ones to improve internal communication and to inform your team of departmental policies and protocols.

• Liaise with other departments,

• Analyse, Report & Provide the Global Claims Team with trends, insights and recommendations on performance

• Highlight knowledge gaps to training team & include in huddles use cases.
