Job description
What You Do:
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and key clients, including payroll accounts.
- Develop tailored banking service proposals for clients and employees of selected companies.
- Analyze and process preferential banking service offers, ensuring timely execution and validity.
- Maintain communication with partners and confirm business-related information.
- Organize and conduct sales presentations and training for bank and intermediary staff.
- Provide methodological support for partnership agreements and monitor client transactions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and administer contractual relationships with bank partners.
- Generate reports on partner performance and conduct monthly monitoring
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in selling banking products to individuals.
- Proficiency in English - both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, including specialized banking software and MS Office
- Proficiency in working with AI technologies such as ChatGPT.
- Basic knowledge of banking laws and regulations, business activities, and internal policie
