Job description

What You Do:

  • Manage relationships with strategic partners and key clients, including payroll accounts.
  • Develop tailored banking service proposals for clients and employees of selected companies.
  • Analyze and process preferential banking service offers, ensuring timely execution and validity.
  • Maintain communication with partners and confirm business-related information.
  • Organize and conduct sales presentations and training for bank and intermediary staff.
  • Provide methodological support for partnership agreements and monitor client transactions to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and administer contractual relationships with bank partners.
  • Generate reports on partner performance and conduct monthly monitoring

 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in selling banking products to individuals.
  • Proficiency in English - both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills, including specialized banking software and MS Office
  • Proficiency in working with AI technologies such as ChatGPT.
  • Basic knowledge of banking laws and regulations, business activities, and internal policie
