Job role
We are hiring a talented Charging and Reporting Analyst to join our team in Bucharest office. The role should support the Group Performance Steering (GPS) in Allianz SE, responsible for Group results steering, overarching finance topics, and controlling of all entities of the Allianz Group.
What you will do
Responsible for group charges topics and analysis of the services provided by the Allianz Operating Entities
· Drive yearly planning for the group charges and align with the Allianz Operating entities CFOs
· Strongly align with all department heads on their budget and support on all cost related requests
· Create and maintain an easy-to-use reporting environment
· Create and interpret benchmarking reports and analysis
· Serving as main contact for all controlling and financial topics
· Proactively steering the P&L measures
· Support in simplification and reporting automation processes
· Assisting the team with ad-hoc projects and management requests
· Work independently with guidance from experienced team members
What you bring
· At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance and 3-5 years business experience in an international environment
· Master Degree in Finance
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel-create dashboards, pivot, financial formulas, PowerPoint)
· Strong knowledge of SAP (SAP CO and FI, SAP BO, SAP BW)
· Fluent English written and spoken (Additional languages preferred)
· Knowledge of Ariba and Service Now is plus
· Self-manage multiple priorities, routine work and urgent issues; ability to drive initiatives forward.
· Independent working, proactive person able to identify the risk and proactively came up with solutions, details oriented mindset, driver of discussions.
· Clear understanding of key business processes and strategic goals; anticipate the impact of economic and market trends
