Allianz Australia Limited (AAL) are seeking to migrate a significant portion of its business applications from on-premises infrastructure to a Cloud solution. AAL’s service provider Allianz Technology are undertaking this migration in partnership with AWS on behalf of AAL. A Change Manager with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure change is required to help Allianz Technology connect with the various parts of the AAL business to execute these migrations effectively and with minimal business disruption. The successful candidate will ideally have cloud and agile project experience.
About the role
· Conducting the change analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis, training needs analysis) to ensure change initiatives are being thought through and planned.
· Owning or contributing to the development of a change management strategy and approach based on the completed change analysis.
· Addressing any potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
· Developing a set of actionable and targeted change management plans (e.g., change leadership plan, communication plan, education, and training plan).
· Ensuring that readiness assessments are being conducted to prepare employees for the transition to new ways of working.
· Applying the AAL change management approach and methodology.
About you
· Certification or demonstrated competency in application of at least one formal change methodology.
· Demonstrated experience as a change manager involving AWS cloud technology and a sound understanding of agile methodology preferably within financial services of general insurance sectors is preferred.
· Experience managing large scale and complex change programs and projects.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
· Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
· Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
· High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, with an ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
· Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
· Strong personal integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
