Call for Interest - Scrum Master Squad Facilitator & Product Owner

Job description

We are looking for a Scrum Master Squad Facilitator & Product Owner to strengthen our teams and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives in alignment with business objectives.

This role follows the French Calendar and CET working hours. 

Scope of Work (Squad):

• Design and maintain BI & Performance Control tools to meet business expectations
• Optimize platform stability and ensure effective monitoring
  
  

Profile Sought:
Professionals capable of mobilizing, governing, and managing projects or programs. A strong background in project management is expected, including expertise in:

• Planning, organizing, and coordinating activities
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Risk and issue management
• Resource and budget management
• Monitoring and controlling activities to ensure objectives and success criteria are met
  
  

They should also demonstrate competencies in state-of-the-art methodologies such as IPMA, PRINCE2, and Agile, with the ability to act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for Agile teams. In addition, they should possess the knowledge and skills to set up and manage projects enabling the DevOps methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure effective squad collaboration
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in alignment with business expectations
• Support the delivery of projects within scope, time, budget, and quality commitments
• Anticipate and address risks and impediments, ensuring smooth project execution
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the squad
  
  

Expected Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to balance governance and agility in complex environments
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and Agile frameworks
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
