Join us now as Business Manager (f/m/d) within the Investment Business Operations team!
As a Business Manager, you will oversee the Central Governance Coordination for the Investment Platform. Your focus will be on implementing a framework and coordinating activities across the platform to comply with regulatory or internal policy requirements.
As a starting point, you will build the foundations for the Portfolio Management delegation and work closely with different functions such as Risk Management, Compliance, Third Party Risk Management and Operation for both Public and Private Markets. The primary focus will be on Internal Portfolio Management and Voya Portfolio Management delegation.
This position will be based in Frankfurt.
What you will do
- Document the process and coordinate the regular oversight activities
- Be the central point of contact for the Third Party Risk Management team for initial or ongoing risk assessment and due diligence process
- Participate in new regulatory projects related to Portfolio Management Oversight
- Support the regular oversight and governance on models owned by the Investment teams
- Implement robust processes or enhance existing ones with automation and reporting capabilities such as dashboards
- Contribute to projects impacted by the Investment Platform
- Support and share responsibilities within the broader Investment Business Operations team

- Proven experience in project management
- Knowledge of AllianzGI organization
- Self-starter and have a strong can-do attitude
- Being able to use new technologies to automate processes and build dashboards
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, Data Analytics, and Data Visualisation
