About the role
· Developing and coordinating initiatives and communications to support internal and external engagement strategies, with a focus on sales performance, operations, new ventures, and virtual partnerships.
· Coordinating partner-focused engagement and entertainment initiatives aligned with the Consumer Partners strategy and business plans.
· Organising internal engagement forums, including GM Roadshows and sub-divisional team briefings, to drive alignment and communication across teams.
· Managing content for Consumer Partners’ social media channels in collaboration with the Partner Communications team to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
· Supporting the preparation of board papers, reports, presentations, and briefing materials, while facilitating key leadership meetings such as strategy reviews and business planning sessions.
About you
· Experienced in business support, communications, project, and/or change management within a sales-driven environment.
· Proven leadership experience, having guided a team's strategic direction and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
· Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels, including executive leadership.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and deliver with clarity and impact.
· High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong attention to detail in preparing reports, presentations, and engagement materials.
· Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
