About the Job  

 

As a DevOps Engineer for the Tribe FirmenOnline, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts. You will work in a collaborative environment, where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our digital platform. 

Therefore we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Team within the Tribe FirmenOnline.

 

What you do

·  As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for the seamless integration between software development and IT operations. Also your role will involve managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment processes, and contributing automation, continuous delivery, and enhancing system performance, reliability, and scalability of our digital platform.

 

 

What you bring

· 
We are looking for a  DevOps Engineer  with extensive hands-on experience in  AWS  cloud platforms,  CI/CD pipelines , and  infrastructure automation . You should have a solid technical foundation, a passion for automation, and the ability to work effectively and independently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

·  Experience: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer  or similar roles with focus on operating applications in a cloud environment (AWS ), with more than 3 years of experience in Kubernetes and Istio administration .
·  CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkin and GitHub Actions or similar platforms to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
·  Infrastructure Automation : Proficient in using  Terraform, Packer and other IaC tools to automate our infrastructure
·  Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting skills in Bash, Groovy, or similar languages for task automation and environment management.
·  Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with Dynatrace, Prometheus, or similar tools for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting system performance.
·  Bachelor’s degree  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related experience.
·  Agile & DevOps Best Practices : Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles to promote collaboration and optimize workflows.
·  DevOps Mindset : Embrace the DevOps mindset of "you build it, you run it," taking responsibility for your work and its impact.
·  Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
·  Self-Organized Work:  Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
·  Proactive Thinking : Proactive approach to problem-solving and critical questioning of planned implementations.
·  Enthusiasm for Technology : Passion for new technologies and frameworks.
