Key Requirements:
• Education: Postgraduate in Human Resource Management (Post Graduation Certificate & Consolidated marksheet is mandatory

• Skills:
o Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
o Strong communication skills (verbal and written)- expected to work with Global customer
o Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
