Assistance Coordinator

Job description

- Analyze case studies of various customers to boost productivity and maximize resource utilization
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously, adhering to company standards
- Assist and coordinate with clients and the dealer network to ensure swift customer service
- Handle sales and inquiry calls, verify sales leads, and assign them to dealers
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Document all customer interactions—whether inbound, outbound, or written—in an integrated system to improve reporting for the client and operations team
- Work collaboratively to achieve the shared goal of customer satisfaction
- Remain determined and focused on meeting all targets set by the operations team, benefiting both the customer and the organization
