Join Our Fun Team: We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team and contribute to our mission of building the Account Management support team at Allianz Technology.
You will
Support Account Management:
· Assist in managing customer relationships within the Allianz Group regarding the End2End process for IT services provided by Allianz Technology SE.
· Support in establishing and developing relationships with customers and aiding in regular alignments with stakeholders.
· Help in the annual review of customer satisfaction, management of NPS surveys, and follow-up action items regarding feedback analysis.
· Assist in preparing reports for monthly financial meetings (customer management level/dispute handling).
Financial & Contractual Support:
· Aid in the preparation of reports for monthly financial meetings (customer management level/dispute handling).
· Support ad hoc billing clarification and reporting.
Contracts:
· Assist in contract E2E negotiation.
· Support contractual initiation, negotiation, tracking, and closure of all services and projects delivered.
· Ensure contractual coverage of revenues and status follow-up.
· Track and follow-up on contracts in the signature process to ensure timely closure.
Finance:
· Track and help close overdue receivables and control monthly payments.
· Assist in the monthly approval for billing items.
· Ensure monthly financial reconciliation.
Revenue Planning:
· Support annual planning with the OE & AzT Service Organization.
· Follow-up on charging status versus plan/request necessary accruals (OE/CFO).
Your Skills:
· Hybrid work model
· 6 months internship
· Schedule from 9:00 to 14:00
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
· Passion for learning and IT tech culture.
· Independent and self-driven working style.
· Proactive and curious approach to new topics.
· Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
· Good data analytical skills.
· Strong competence in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
