Description of the job
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Tasks & accountabilities
For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth within the department 'Program Quality Excellence & Standard' we are looking for a 'VIE – APQP & Customer Satisfaction (f/m)'
Start: winter 2018/2019
Duration: 24 month
2 of the most important axis of Quality strategy at Airbus Helicopters are Customer satisfaction and Prevention.
You will be fully integrated and part of the teams in charge of Customer satisfaction management and APQP deployment across the business operations and legal entities of AH.
APQP is the upcoming methodology to drive product enhancements by implementing preventive actions related to risk of failure and non confiormities.
Customer satisfaction management collects, analyze and lead improvement actions for having Customer happy and loyal to AH.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Required skills
· University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
· IT affinity, ERP-Systems (SAP), MS Office
· Open mindset, flexible, curious
· English: advanced
· German: mandatory
