Votre mission :
Une offre de stage intitulée : « Conception Conceptuelle pour l'Assemblage (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus sur son site de Toulouse - Saint Martin. Vous rejoindrez le département Architecture et Intégration. Au sein de ce département, nous avons développé une suite de pratiques d'architecture visant à améliorer l'efficacité des architectes pendant les phases amont du développement des avions et de leurs systèmes industriels.
Parmi ces pratiques, l'approche de la "Conception Conceptuelle pour l'Assemblage" (Conceptual Design for Assembly CDFA) est utilisée pour guider le développement de l'architecture du produit vers un haut niveau d'efficacité d'assemblage. Alors que certains modules ont déjà été développés, d'autres sont encore en cours.

Idéalement, il s'agit d'un stage de 6 mois qui devrait débuter en janvier 2026 (date exacte sujette à flexibilité).

Votre mission principale consistera à :

·  Assister dans le développement des modules restants (aile, fuselage central).
·  Spécifier les outils associés nécessaires pour effectuer les évaluations de conception.
·  Soutenir l'intégration de la gestion des incertitudes dans les modules existants.
·  Aider à la mise en œuvre des modules existants dans nos processus officiels.
·  Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les universités et les centres de recherche en France et en Italie qui sont impliqués dans le développement de la CDFA.
·  Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :
·  Ingénierie des systèmes
·  Architecture physique des aéronefs
·  Ingénierie de fabrication
·  Communication
·  Leadership pour la co-conception

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Votre carte d'embarquement :
Vous êtes actuellement en 5ème année d'école d'ingénieur en Ingénierie aéronautique ou un domaine équivalent.

Compétences techniques :

·  Une solide base en mathématiques.
·  Une connaissance approfondie des technologies de fabrication (par exemple, usinage, formage de tôle), de la conception mécanique et des tolérances.
·  La capacité à développer des démonstrateurs d'outils sur un ordinateur.

Soft Skills:

Une attitude très motivée et proactive, capable de gérer une charge de travail importante dans un environnement dynamique.

Langues :

·  Français courant (langue de travail principale).
·  Connaissances élémentaires en italien pour faciliter la collaboration avec nos partenaires italiens.
·  Anglais avancé (langue officielle d'Airbus).

Your mission:
An internship opportunity titled : « Conceptual Design for Assembly (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus located in Toulouse - Saint Martin. You will join the Architecture and Integration department. At the Aircraft Architecture & Integration department, we have developed a suite of architectural practices aimed at enhancing the efficiency of architects during the upstream development phases of aircraft and its industrial system.

Among these practices, the "Conceptual Design for Assembly" (CDFA) approach is used to guide product architecture development towards a high level of assembly efficiency. While some modules have already been developed, others are still in progress.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2026 . (exact date subject to flexibility).

Your main mission will consist in:
Assisting in the development of the remaining modules (wing, center fuselage).
Specifying the associated tools required to perform design assessments.
Supporting the integration of uncertainty management into existing modules.
Aiding in the implementation of existing modules into our official processes.

you will work in close collaboration with universities and research centers in France and Italy that are involved in the development of CDFA.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

Your tutor will support you to identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

Your boarding pass:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in the field of aeronautic engineering or equivalent.

Technical skills:

·  A strong foundation in mathematics.
·  Solid knowledge of manufacturing technologies (e.g., machining, sheet metal forming), mechanical design, and tolerances.
·  The ability to develop tool demonstrators on a computer.

Soft Skills

·  A highly motivated and proactive attitude, capable of managing a significant workload in a fast-paced environment.

Languages

·  Fluent in French (primary working language).
·  Elementary knowledge of Italian to facilitate collaboration with our Italian partners.
·  Advanced in English (Airbus's official language).
