Vehicle Test Engineer & Coordinator (d/m/w)

 

Die Ausübung dieser Stelle ist auch mit reduzierter Wochenarbeitszeit von mind. 30 Stunden/Woche und darauf angepassten Aufgabenumfang möglich.

 

In dieser einzigartigen Hybrid-Rolle unterstützen Sie die Entwicklung und Zertifizierung ziviler und militärischer Hubschraubervarianten. Sie kombinieren Ihre technische Expertise als Versuchsingenieur mit gestaltenden Aufgaben in der Projektkoordination. Sie sind nicht nur für die Definition, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von laborgestützten Komponenten- oder Systemtests verantwortlich (z.B. statische Belastungs- und Ermüdungstests von Rotorblättern und Strukturen, Umwelt- und Vibrationstests, etc.), sondern agieren auch als wichtiger Treiber für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Methodik im transnationalen Umfeld.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

· 
Definition von Teststrategien, -Spezifikationen und -Angeboten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklern, Prototypenbau und Lufttüchtigkeitsbehörden

· 
Praktische Durchführung und Dokumentation von Versuchen zur Analyse und Verifizierung des Verhaltens, der Leistung und der Funktion von Luftfahrzeugsystem in Übereinstimmung mit den anzuwendenden Vorschriften (Qualität, Lufttüchtigkeit, Technik, Sicherheit, Exportkontrolle, etc.). Analyse und Auswertung der Messdaten sowie Erstellung und Freigabe des finalen Testberichts

· 
Entwicklung, Anwendung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Methoden und Werkzeugen zur Durchführung von Tests und zur Verarbeitung und Analyse von Testergebnisdaten (z.B. Automation durch Künstliche Intelligenz).

· 
Weiterentwicklung unserer transnationalen Projektmanagement-Methodik, unserer Projektportfolio-Datenbank, sowie KPI-Auswertemöglichkeiten, etc.

· 
Koordination der lokalen Testaktivitäten verschiedener Teams, Vorbereitung und Moderation der Daily Scrum Meetings

· 
Management externer Testlieferanten (Spezifikation, Einkauf, Überwachung)

Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

· 
Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor mit zusätzlicher Qualifikation oder Master) im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang

· 
Erfahrung mit Produktentwicklung und Testverfahren in der Luft- und Raumfahrt

· 
Erfahrung mit Konstruktion und Betrieb von Spezialmaschinen und analoger/digitaler Mess- und Regeltechnik und Datenverarbeitung

· 
Allgemeine Kenntnisse über die Funktionsweise von Luftfahrzeugen und den Nachweis ihrer Konformität

· 
Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement, Controlling, Personalführung, AGU

· 
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Improvisations- und Organisationstalent sowie diplomatisches Auftreten

· 
Routine im Umgang mit wechselndem Workload und sich ändernden Prioritäten.

· 
Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch – verhandlungssicher

· 
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new

Vehicle Test Engineer & Coordinator (d/f/m)

This position can also be performed with a reduced weekly working time of at least 30 hours/week and an adapted scope of duties.

In this unique hybrid role, you will support the development and certification of civil and military helicopter variants. You will combine your technical expertise as a test engineer with creative responsibilities in project coordination. You will not only be responsible for the definition, preparation, and execution of laboratory-based component or system tests (e.g., static load and fatigue tests of rotor blades and structures, environmental and vibration tests, etc.), but will also act as a key driver for the further development of our project management methodology in a transnational environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Definition of test strategies, specifications and offers in close cooperation with product developers, prototype fabrication and airworthiness authorities.

· 
Practical implementation and documentation of tests to analyze and verify the behavior, performance, and function of aircraft systems in compliance with applicable regulations (quality, airworthiness, technical, safety, export control, etc.). Analysis and evaluation of measurement data as well as preparation and approval of the final test report.

· 
Development, application and continuous improvement of methods and tools for conducting tests and for processing and analyzing test result data (e.g. automation through artificial intelligence).

· 
Further development of our transnational project management methodology, our project portfolio database, as well as KPI evaluation options, etc.

· 
Coordination of local testing activities of different teams, preparation and moderation of daily scrum meetings.

· 
Management of external test suppliers (specification, purchasing, monitoring)

Desired skills and qualifications

· 
Completed studies (Bachelor with additional qualification or Master) in the field of aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or comparable course of study

· 
Experience with product development and testing procedures in the aerospace industry

· 
Experience in the design and operation of special machines and analog/digital measurement and control technology and data processing

· 
General knowledge of the operation of aircraft and the demonstration of their conformity

· 
Experience in project and process management, controlling, personnel management, HSE

· 
Very good communication skills, problem-solving skills, improvisational talent

· 
Organizational and improvisational talent, and a diplomatic approach.

· 
Experienced in managing fluctuating workloads and rapidly changing priorities.

· 
Language skills: German and English – business fluent

· 
Willingness to travel occasionally
