Good Receipt Blockages (GRB)
·
Manage for the good receipt blockage (GRB) Management received by FHS Pool in Hong Kong (HKG) including but not limited to other warehouses.
·
Close & Fast monitoring on Dummy Serial Number (DummySN) method to unblocked GRB including but not limited to Dummy SN creation, Regularization, abnormal situation.
·
Analyze blocked units and provide root cause analysis and contribute to the mitigation plan to avoid repetitive issues in future.
·
Manage all ACD activities as per FHS Userguide
·
Update the Aircraft Utilization Figures (Flight hours and Flight Cycle) and be accountable for the data accuracy
·
Responsible for the Management Information System (MIS) data accuracy.
·
Resolving MIS Abnormal Situations
Repair Order Blockages (ROB)
·
Responsible for the On-time creation of Repair Orders for Unserviceable Components Returned to FHS Pool in Hong Kong (HKG) including but not limited to other warehouses.
·
Managing the administrative closure of delivery tasks but not limited to drop shipment repair order, loan order closure.
·
Analyzed blocked unit for RO creation, communicate with stakeholders to unblock situation
·
Contribute to the mitigation plan to avoid repetitive issues in future.
