We're looking for a First Line Manager to join our team at our growing site in Broughton.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in leading a team of around 30 operators, driving performance across key areas like safety, quality, and delivery. If you're passionate about leading people and achieving results, we want to hear from you.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

· 
Provide and maintain a safe working environment for the Team

· 
Develop a motivated capable team that displays a ‘can do’ approach

· 
Interface with integrated support functions at the working level

· 
Putting appropriate actions/measures in place to ensure business targets are met reviewing where appropriate

· 
Carry out regular process confirmation of the business area including functional activities 

ABOUT YOU

· 
Experience leading a team within a busy manufacturing environment- Aerospace, Automotive, Rail would be highly desirable

· 
A proven track record in managing, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) within your team

· 
Understanding of Lean Working Methodologies

· 
A background in training and development of direct reports within manufacturing
